What is the venue address?
We are at Knebworth House, Stevenage. Please exit the A1(M) at Junction 7, following the signs for Knebworth House. If you are using a SatNav system, p
lease use postcode SG1 2AX.

When does the event start?

On Saturday 16th September the event will be open to ticket holders from 10:30am to 5:30pm and on Sunday 17th September the opening times are 10.30am to 4.30pm.

Showcar ticket holders will be emailed their arrival slots prior to the day, with showcar arrival from 7:30am - 10:00am daily.


Is there car parking available?
There is plenty of free car parking available on site, please follow the signage and stewards on arrival.

Can I book a trade stand?

Head to the ‘Traders & Sponsors’ page on our website to find further information.

Is the venue accessible?
The venue is a grassed field site, however the grass will be cut short and there are some areas of hard tarmacked pathways. There will be accessible facilities on site including accessible toilets and parking.

Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes, all attendees over the age of 5 must have a ticket and these will be checked on entry to the event. Child tickets are available for those aged 5-14 and 2 day tickets are available at a discounted rate.

How do I register for a showcar ticket?
Head to the showcar section of our website here to register your showcar and purchase your ticket.

Do I need to buy a meet and greet ticket in advance?
Yes, tickets for all the meet & greets are limited and will sell out before the event. Information for the meet & greets and tickets can be found here.

Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event?
You can buy a ticket on the day, either head to our ticketing page here or follow the signs to head to the box office when you arrive on site.

Can children attend and do they need a ticket?
Petrolheadonism Live is a family friendly event, and children are more than welcome to attend. Child’s tickets are available for those aged 5-14 years, with those 14 and over welcome to attend with an adult ticket. Under 5’s can attend without a ticket.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?
You can bring your own food and drink on to site, but there will be loads of fantastic food and drink options available on site you won’t want to miss out on!

Is food and drink available to buy at the event?
Yes, there will be plenty of food and drink available on site catering to a wide range of dietary requirements including fully licenced bars and ice cream vans.

Is there a cash point on site, do I need cash or can I pay by card?
There is no cash point or ATM on site, but many are available nearby in Stevenage. All traders on site will take card payment, and some may take cash too.

Are there toilets available?
There will be plenty of toilets available on site, including accessible facilities.

Can I take photos of the show?
We would love everyone to take personal photographs at Petrolheadonism Live - don’t forget to tag us socials and use #PHLIVE23. Drones are strictly not permitted on site.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you may bring your dog to Petrolheadonism Live. They must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. 
Working assistance dogs may be taken into all areas.

I can’t find my ticket - can you resend it?
May we suggest you initially check your spam/junk mail, all tickets are sent to the email you provided as e-tickets and some do unfortunately end up in junk folders.
